Theoretical approach:

Psychoanalytic, developmental, cognitive, and social learning theories maintain that we learn how to love and how to work from others, beginning with our parent or parental figures. Most of the time, and in most situations, what we have learned works well for us. However, we develop ‘problems’ when what we have learned does not work well in new situations. Psychotherapy and counseling helps us consider what we have learned, why it is not working for us, and how we might learn to love and work in new ways. Feelings and thoughts that we are aware of, that is, are conscious of, can be examined, as well as feelings and thoughts that we have forgotten and pushed aside and have become unconscious.

My fees are $110 for a 50 minute hour session for psychotherapy and counseling services. I am on several insurance panels, so please contact your insurance representative to see if I am covered by your plan. Fees for Organizational Assessment and Coaching work are set in individual contracts.
