First, you will obtain an objective starting point through the use of assessments which evaluate your strengths and areas for improvement. Your coach then provides you with their expertise, along with structure and motivation to help you achieve your goals. Coaching sessions can be conducted in person or over the phone, with fees varying depending upon your coaches’ background and experience.
The Coaching process may be carried out in an established schedule of conferences between the executive and the consultant, and issues such as leadership, maximizing employee productiveness, team management, reducing employee turnover, employee selection, or selective force reduction, as well as others, may be extensively explored. Assessment instruments for the executive or groups within the organization are available. We begin with an initial interview in full confidentiality, in which the concerns of the proprietor or manager of the business are explored.In the interview, or soon thereafter, the consultant will make recommendations concerning the gathering of organizational information to address the concerns outlined. To gather information we may be involved in observations of planning and decision-making meetings, observations of managers and employees at work, or in more direct interviews of personnel.
